The Sierra Nevada is not in Brevard. It is included because it is a major brewery just 20 miles, and 25-30 minutes, from Brevard. It is located adjacent to the Asheville airport in Fletcher on Hwy. 280 between Brevard and Asheville.
Free public tours are offered and must be scheduled in advance. The tour ends in the Tasting Room where you get to sample several of the varied products produced by the Sierra Nevada Brewing Company. The tour takes about an hour and there is ample parking in the large parking lot.
